A monochromatic series exploring societal and psychological associations of color. All are a mixture of mediums, utilizing found and repurposed objects such as suede, rubber, precious stone string with paint and resin on canvas. All are unique. They are 24" x 24" x 3" deep.
Teal: tranquility / fluidity
Pink: love/ lust
Orange: happiness/ stimulation
Blue: sincerity/ calmness
Purple: enlightenment/ creativity
Yellow: optimism
Red: power/ strength
Green: Lifeforce/ Renewal
Saffron: stability
White: rebirth/ purity
These mixed media miniature works on canvas measure approximately 5" x 5" by at least 3"deep. Some are painterly while others are much more dimensional and sculptural. They are intended to be a fluid work of art and may be grouped in any configuration.
